Set up a workspace
A workspace is a client, a brand or a project: with its own name, picture, channels and team.

In short
- New workspace opens the setup: name, picture and colour of the tile, a short description, time zone, how you work, approval for teams, channels, labels, people and the plan.
- A card at the top shows your workspace taking shape. Before it is created, a summary shows everything once more.
- For the picture you upload your own and crop it by dragging and zooming. The preview shows how it looks in the sidebar.
- Later you change everything in Settings (Workspace in the sidebar). Owners and admins can do this.
- Under Settings › Labels you add new labels (up to 20), rename them, change their colour, sort them with the arrows or delete them. Before a label is deleted you see how many posts and ideas carry it, and Undo brings it back. Owners and admins can also make a label right in a post with “New label”.
