Channels
Channels are for planning. You decide: Draftdeck publishes to connected channels (Instagram, Beta, Premium) by itself when you switch it on – for all others it reminds you.

In short
- Add channels under Settings › Channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Newsletter / Blog, or a free channel for anything else.
- Every channel has its own character limit, and the editor counts along. YouTube, Pinterest and the newsletter also have a title, Pinterest and Google Business Profile a link. You find both in the editor under Channel details. For YouTube you also choose Video or Short there.
- In the sidebar you hide and show a channel. While it is hidden, its posts disappear everywhere. Show it again and they are back.
- An owner or admin connects Instagram under Settings › Channels › Publish directly (Beta, Premium). Switch on Publish automatically in a post, and Draftdeck publishes it at its time. For all other channels Draftdeck reminds you on the day: you copy the caption, post it yourself and mark the post as published.
