Free and Premium
The plan is per workspace, not per person.

In short
- Free: calendar, board and drafts, 3 people, 20 new posts and 10 AI credits a month, 2 GB of storage. No client links, no Today list.
- Premium: client links, the Today list, unlimited posts, 500 AI credits a month, up to 10 people and 12 GB of storage.
- Premium costs €6.99 per workspace and month; 3 workspaces together cost €17.99 instead of €20.97. You pay by card or PayPal under Settings › Plan and can cancel any time. Premium then stays until the end of what you paid.
- Try Premium free for 7 days: at the end of the setup, or under Settings › Plan. You need no payment details. The trial is once per account and workspace. It ends by itself and the workspace goes on as Free; nothing is deleted. If you order during the trial, the days left are kept.
- Agencies need Premium for client approval, client links and the client role. A new agency workspace starts with the 7-day trial. Without Premium it stays open and nothing is deleted; a bar at the top then says “Agency workspace: Premium needed”. You can change the kind of team any time under Settings › Workspace.
- Have a promo code? Enter it where you order Premium, under Settings › Plan.
- Buttons for Premium features stay visible on Free and show what Premium adds.
