In short

  1. Open Your profile › Security and choose Set up next to Two-step sign-in. Add the key shown in your authenticator app, enter the six-digit code and choose Turn on.
  2. You get 10 recovery codes that work once each. Copy or download them and keep them safe.
  3. After your password, Draftdeck asks for the code from the app every time you sign in.
  4. If your phone is gone, sign in with a recovery code. In your profile you see how many are left and can generate new ones.

Lost your phone and your recovery codes

  1. Sign in with your email and password as usual. When you are asked for the code, choose “Lost your phone and recovery codes?”. Without the right password you cannot go on.
  2. Tell us one thing only the account owner knows: the name of one of your workspaces, or the date or amount of your last invoice. Add a few words if you like.
  3. We email your account's address right away and open a ticket. Our team checks what you told us and gets back to you.
  4. If we approve, you get an email, and 24 hours later we turn off two-step sign-in. You are signed out everywhere. Then sign in with your password and set it up again, with new recovery codes.
  5. Wasn't you? The first email and the email about our approval have a link to cancel. It works until the 24 hours are over. Change your password afterwards, because someone else knows it.
  6. There can be one request per account at a time. If our team does not decide within 7 days, it runs out and nothing changes.
